The websites “manilafortrealty.com” (hereinafter individually referred to as the Website) may offer advertising space on the Internet to real estate professionals wishing to sell or rent real estate, and advertisements to individuals looking for real estate to buy or rent or land and a house to build.
Access to the Website, its consultation and its use are subject to unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Use.
The professional area of the Website is reserved for advertiser clients of the Website. The latter must enter their username and password in the space reserved for this purpose to access the services of the Website under the conditions described in article 2.2 below.
It is up to the user of the professional space to ensure that the confidentiality of their username and password is preserved. He is responsible for any access, consultation or use of his username and password and the consequences which could result for him or third parties.
The user of the Website irrevocably acknowledges that the Website is made up of one or more databases made available by Digital Classifieds France as producer of said databases within the meaning of the provisions of articles L.341-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 342-1 of the same Code, the user is prohibited from:
- the extraction by permanent or temporary transfer of all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of one or more of the databases accessible on the Website on another medium, by any means and in any form that this or, including for purposes of use or consultation by a media and/or process(s) not authorized by the Company;
- the reuse, by making available to the public all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of one or more of the databases accessible on the Website, whatever the form, including by a hypertext link, media and/or process(s) not authorized by Manila Fort Realty;
- the constitution, edition, maintenance, updating, import, export, making available to third parties, free of charge or for a fee, and participation in the aforementioned acts, of a competing database taken from all or part of one or more of the Manila Fort Realty databases;
- viewing on a screen by a process or media other than those by which Manila Fort Realty intends to disclose the Website;
- in general, any extraction, use, storage, reproduction, representation or conservation, direct or indirect, partial or total, including in buffered or temporary memory, qualitatively or quantitatively substantial of the contents of one or more of the databases of Digital Classifieds France, committed by one of the processes referred to above is strictly prohibited, including by media not authorized by Manila Fort Realty.
